Both the storage facility and storage unit are protected using an access code.

To make things easier for our customers the access code you use for your storage unit is also used to access the storage area.

When you update the access code for your storage unit, it will also update your access code to enter the storage area.

Enter Access Code

1. Tap on the smart lock to activate it
2. Enter the access code.
3. Tap the # icon or for newer models the lock icon. The door will automatically lock after 5 seconds.

Don't Remember Access Code

Login to your storage account and tap 'Manage Storage Unit'. Then follow the steps below:

1. Select the storage unit (you may have more than one)
2. Click the eye icon to display the 6 digit access code. That's it!
