Consent Form for the Collection, Use, and/or Disclosure of Personal Data
I, (Mr./Mrs./Ms./Others) hereby execute this document voluntarily and grant my consent to Storage Asia Public Company Limited (the "Company") for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of my personal data. This consent is provided in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (including any subsequent amendments and sub-regulations issued thereunder) and the Company's Privacy Notice. I further represent and warrant that all information provided to the Company is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading. The details are as follows:
1.1 I consent to the Company's collection, use, and disclosure of my personal data for the purposes of communication, facilitation, and for the specific purposes of collection, use, and disclosure as set forth in the attachment to this document. I acknowledge that if I am unable to provide the necessary personal data to the Company, I may forfeit the right to receive information, benefits, or communications from the Company regarding its services or various public relations activities.
1.2 I consent to the Company's disclosure of my personal data to its affiliates, group companies, and business partners for the purposes of receiving news, information, special offers, etc.
I have read and acknowledged the Company's Privacy Notice. I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of my personal data for the aforementioned purposes at any time.
Furthermore, I consent to Storage Asia Public Company Limited performing the collection, use, and/or disclosure of my personal data in accordance with the details specified above and the Company's Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
1. "Personal Data" "Personal Data" means any information about an individual, whether true or false, that can be used to identify that person, either from that data alone or in combination with other information that the organization possesses or is likely to have access to. Common examples include full name, identification numbers, and contact information.
2. Scope of Application This Policy applies in conjunction with any other notices, contractual clauses, or consent agreements related to the collection, use, disclosure, and/or processing of your personal data by us. This Policy does not override any other notices or contractual agreements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Types of Personal Data Collected The personal data that i-Store Self Storage may collect includes, but is not limited to: Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, National ID or Passport number, and registered address.
Contact and Billing Data: Email address, billing and/or shipping address, and contact numbers.
Financial Data: Bank account details and payment information.
Verification and Due Diligence Data: Government-issued identification or any other information required for our due diligence, "Know Your Customer" (KYC) processes, identity verification, and fraud prevention purposes.
Technical and Usage Data: Information regarding your network, people or accounts you interact with, location data, and details on how you use our services or platform.
Transaction Data: Details of your product searches, orders, advertising views, and content engagement on our platform.
Marketing and Communications Data: Your preferences in receiving marketing materials from us and third parties, preferred communication formats, and history of communications with us, our service providers, or third parties.
Multimedia Content: Images, audio, or video recordings shared with us.
Platform Registration Data: Any other information provided when registering for or using our services and platform.
4. Purposes for Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data

Transaction Processing: To consider and process your applications or transactions with us, including interactions with third parties via our services.
Service & Account Management: To operate, provide, and manage your access to our services and web platform, including maintaining your relationship and user account.
Order Fulfillment & Issue Resolution: To process and complete transactions for products and services, and to notify you of service issues or irregular account activities.
Legal Enforcement: To enforce our Terms of Service or any applicable End User License Agreements.
Safety & Protection: To safeguard the rights, property, and personal safety of i-Store Self Storage, our users, or the general public.
Identity & Verification: To perform identity verification, due diligence, and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures.
System Maintenance: To provide software updates and technical support necessary for the seamless operation of our services.
Customer Support: To facilitate customer service, fulfill your instructions, and respond to inquiries made by you or on your behalf.
Administrative Communication: To contact you via voice call, SMS, fax, email, or postal mail for relationship management. You acknowledge that postal correspondence may require disclosing certain personal data on the envelope/package for delivery.
Social & Interaction Features: To allow other users to interact with you, view certain activities on the platform, or notify you of private messages, comments, and social media interactions.
Research & Development: To conduct research, data analysis, and surveys to improve our products, services, and user experience based on your interests and behavior.
Market Analysis: To monitor audience size and demographics to better understand the customer experience with i-Store Self Storage.
Marketing & Advertising: To communicate marketing information and promotional materials regarding current and future products or services (including those with partners or affiliates). You may opt-out at any time using the "Unsubscribe" function provided.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance: To respond to legal processes, comply with applicable laws, government requirements, or regulations, including making necessary disclosures as required by law.
Internal Reporting: To produce statistics and research for internal and legal reporting or record-keeping requirements.
Screening & Risk Management: To perform background checks or screening activities in accordance with legal obligations or our risk management procedures.
Fraud Prevention: To detect and investigate potential breaches of our Terms of Service, fraud, illegal activities, or misconduct.
Claims Handling: To respond to actual or threatened claims against i-Store Self Storage or claims regarding intellectual property infringement.
Data Storage & Backup: To store, host, and back up your personal data (for disaster recovery or otherwise) both within and outside your jurisdiction.
Business Asset Transactions: To manage transactions involving business assets (such as mergers, acquisitions, or sales) where i-Store Self Storage or its affiliates are participants.
Other Notified Purposes: Any other purpose for which we notify you and obtain your consent at the time of collection.

5. Disposal and Destruction of Personal Data
We will retain your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and other relevant regulations. We will proceed to destroy or anonymize your personal data as soon as it is reasonable to assume that:
(i) Purpose Fulfilment: The purpose for which the personal data was collected is no longer served by the retention of such data;
(ii) Legal or Business Necessity: Retention is no longer necessary for any legal or business purposes; and
(iii) Legitimate Interest: There are no further legitimate grounds or interests to justify the continued retention of such personal data.
If you cease using our platform, or if your right to use the platform and/or services is revoked or terminated, we may continue to store, use, and/or disclose your personal data in compliance with data protection laws and our legal obligations. Subject to applicable laws, we may securely dispose of your personal data without prior notice.
6. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties We may disclose your personal data to our third-party service providers, agents, affiliates, related companies, or other third parties, whether located within or outside of Thailand, for one or more of the aforementioned Purposes. Such disclosures may also be made to competent government authorities, pursuant to court orders, or for the legitimate interests of the Data Processor. These parties may process your personal data on our behalf or otherwise for the Purposes specified above.
